Journal Article 2025 02 28 <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The aim of this study was to determine the effect of affective empathy on the quality of marital relationships, with the mediating role of intimacy.</p> <p><strong>Methodology:</strong> This research is applied in terms of purpose and falls under the category of descriptive-correlational studies based on structural equation modeling in terms of method and nature. The statistical population of this study consisted of married students at Islamic Azad University, North Tehran Branch. Based on the rule commonly used in structural equation modeling, 242 questionnaires were collected using convenience sampling. The data collection instruments included the Couples' Intimacy Questionnaire by Wenden and Birtman (1995), the Marital Relationship Quality Questionnaire by Busby et al. (1995), and the Empathy Scale by Mehrabian and Epstein (1972). Data analysis was conducted using AMOS software.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The findings revealed that affective empathy influences marital relationship quality both directly and indirectly through intimacy (p &lt; .05).</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Based on the results of this study, empathy and intimacy can be considered influential factors in the quality of marital relationships.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> هدف این پژوهش، تعیین تاثیر همدلی عاطفی بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی با نقش میانجیگری صمیمیت بود.</p> <p><strong>روش‌شناسی: </strong>پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر روش و ماهیت در زمره پژوهش­های توصیفی همبستگی مبتنی بر مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری قرار داشت. جامعه­آماری این پژوهش دانشجویان متاهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد تهران شمال بودند که بر اساس قاعده موجود در مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری 242 پرسشنامه از طریق نمونه گیری در دسترس جمع آوری شد. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها در این پژوهش پرسش نامه­های صمیمیت زوجین ووندن و برتمن (۱۹۹۵)، کیفیت روابط زناشویی باسبی و همکاران (1995)، همدلی مهرابیان و اپستین (1972) بود. تجزیه وتحلیل داده­ها که از طریق نرم افزار ایموس صورت گرفت.</p> <p><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>نتایج نشان داد که همدلی عاطفی هم به طور مستقیم و هم از طریق صمیمیت برکیفیت روابط زناشویی تاثیر دارد. (05/0 &gt; p).</p> <p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می­توان از همدلی و صمیمیت به عنوان عوامل موثر بر کیفیت روابط زناشویی نام برد.</p> https://maherpub.com/index.php/pdmd/article/download/426/322
