Journal Article 2024 11 21 <p><strong>Objective:</strong> The present study aimed to compare couples therapy with a schema therapy approach and the Gottman method in improving marital conflicts in women on the verge of divorce.</p> <p><strong>Methodology:</strong> This research was a quasi-experimental study. The statistical population consisted of all women on the verge of divorce in the city of Hamadan. From this population, based on the research method, a sample of 60 women with marital conflicts was selected and divided into four groups (one experimental and one control group for schema therapy, and one experimental and one control group for couples therapy using the Gottman method) through random assignment. The intervention program was then implemented, followed by a post-test. The research instruments included the schema therapy training program by Young, Glosko, and Wishar (1990), the Gottman couples therapy program based on the sound relationship house theory by Gottman and Gottman (2017), and the Marital Conflicts Questionnaire by Sanaei Zakir and Barati (2008). Data were analyzed using multivariate and univariate covariance analysis with SPSS software version 26.</p> <p><strong>Findings:</strong> The findings indicated no significant difference between the two groups of couples therapy with the schema therapy approach and the Gottman method in improving marital conflicts. Couples therapy with the schema therapy approach had a significant effect on improving marital conflicts. Couples therapy using the Gottman method also had a significant effect on improving marital conflicts in women on the verge of divorce.</p> <p><strong>Conclusion:</strong> The findings suggest that both couples therapy with the schema therapy approach and the Gottman method are effective in improving marital conflicts in women on the verge of divorce, with no significant difference between them.</p> <p><strong>هدف:</strong> پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه زوج درمانی با رویکرد طرح­واره درمانی با روش گاتمن در بهبود تعارضات زناشویی در زنان آستانه طلاق انجام شد.</p> <p><strong>روش‌شناسی:</strong> این پژوهش از انواع تحقیقات نیمه تجربی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی زنان در آستانه طلاق شهر همدان تشکیل داد. از جامعه آماری مذکور با توجه به روش تحقیق حجم 60 نفر از زنان دارای تعارض زناشویی انتخاب شدند<strong> </strong>و به 4 گروه (یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه برای طرح­واره درمانی، یک گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه برای زوج درمانی به روش گاتمن) انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی تقسیم و برنامه مداخله اجرا، سپس پس آزمون اجرا شد. ابزار پژوهش شامل برنامه آموزش طرح­واره درمانی (یانگ و گلوسکو و ویشار،1990)و برنامه زوج درمانی گاتمن بر اساس نظریه خانه امن رابطه (گاتمن و گاتمن، 2017) و<strong> </strong>پرسشنامه<strong> </strong>تعارضات زناشویی<strong> </strong>ثنایی ذاکر و براتی (۱۳۸۷) بود. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها از تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره و تک متغیره با نرم­افزار spss نسخه 26 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.</p> <p><strong>یافته‌ها: </strong>یافته‌ها نشان داد بین دو گروه زوج درمانی با رویکرد طرح­واره درمانی و روش گاتمن در بهبود تعارضات زناشویی تفاوت معنی­داری دیده نمی­شود. زوج درمانی با رویکرد طرح­واره درمانی در بهبود تعارضات زناشویی تأثیر معناداری دارد. زوج درمانی با روش گاتمن در بهبود تعارضات زناشویی در زنان آستانه طلاق تأثیر دارد. زوج درمانی با روش گاتمن در بهبود تعارضات زناشویی تأثیر معناداری دارد.</p> <p><strong>نتیجه‌گیری: </strong>یافته‌ها نشان داد که هر دو روش زوج‌درمانی با رویکرد طرح‌واره‌درمانی و روش گاتمن در بهبود تعارضات زناشویی زنان آستانه طلاق مؤثر هستند و تفاوت معناداری بین آن‌ها وجود ندارد.</p> https://maherpub.com/index.php/pdmd/article/download/322/268
